Why no full surveillance video for trial 2?

From the motion to dismiss the judge acknowledged that the full sally port video exists. Also, that the defense didn’t request it earlier. But what about now? If we know the defense has requested it now and trial 2 is the solution to evidence issues and we know it does exist in 6 hour segments now, should it be part of the evidence given to the defense for trial 2? There was a ruling about no metadata being necessary. Did that ruling include that the six hour segments don’t need to be shared?
