Experienced dog grooming recommendations for dog with rash issue?

Hey all!

I have a short haired mix breed that has never ending itchy skin, rashy ears and now itchy paws.

We have gone to the vet multiple times, changed up his diet, and given him medication.

I'm hoping a good wash will help him out but I am to worried to do it myself.

I'm hoping there is an experienced groomer out there that might be able to help us with this issue.
