Is 1451 calories too little?
I used carb manager and another site to calculate my macros. I’ve always been told by trainers that the 1400 calorie range is too little and I should be at about 1600 calories (That was for a non-keto diet). Is it different on keto? Is 1451 enough?
I’ve been hungry at the end of my day but not starving. Seems to be manageable hunger-wise. I just don’t want to be under eating?
Also, I work a sedentary job. I haven’t started exercising yet, but will begin weight lifting in the next week.
