Does anyone do Keto with a Low Histamine diet?
I've done keto three times in my life, I'm on my third run now.
I recently found out I'm histamine intolerant, and things like avocados, ALL processed meats (including my beloved keto snacks of choice - pepperonis), cheddar cheese, BACON (kill me) etc. are all off limits.
Is there anyone here like me that has any tips on things to eat??
I'm not a huge meat lover. Chicken tends to be my most eaten meat. Even hamburger is sketchy on a low histamine diet and I tend to have small reactions.
