OTD price on SX in South Florida

First time posting here. I've been trying to understand what a good OTD price for a Carnival SX is in South Florida. It seems that these are a bit rare in terms of inventory right now as multiple dealers do not have them on the lot. It also seems like this might be common. Wondering if there are any deals to be had or if getting one around MSRP is the best I should expect.

Can anyone out there share what they've paid recently for an SX in South Florida? Thanks!
