New Kindle 4 not receiving books wirelessly

Hi kindle crew,

My beloved Kindle 4 bit the dust so I acquired a refurbished one off of ebay. I manually updated the firmware on the device to 4.1.4 and successfully registered the device, and the device shows as a delivery option in my Amazon account.

However, when I select books from my Content Library page and try to deliver them to the new device, they never show up on the new Kindle.

Any suggestions on how to trouble shoot from here?
