Weather changed plans- What to do?
Hey everyone.
I arrived in Lansing yesterday for part of my spring break. When I planned this trip, I was originally looking to visit the Harris Nature Center, MSU museum, and Horticulture Gardens. However, it's cold and rainy and I'm not sure I'm up for a lot of outdoor activity today, dependinghow heavy it is. Also I just learned about the museum closure yesterday- I'm not sure why that information wasn't showing up when I first researched. I'll probably visit the Michigan History Center, but that's all I can think of as an alternative.
I've already visited Horrocks and Potter Park Zoo yesterday, which were enjoyable.
Any recommendations on indoor attractions? I've got restaurants covered, but I would also love recommendations for either a gay bar or comedy club. Just looking for a safe place to get a drink with possible entertainment, really.
Edit; I managed to visit the Harris Nature Center when there wasn't any rain. When it picked up I checked out the Michigan History Center. Had lunch at The People's Kitchen and dinner at Eato Chef. I ended up being too tired to stay out, so I enjoyed a good glass of wine at the hotel.
Thanks, everyone! Now I've got a list of things to check out next time.
