Can revision help you to change thought patterns, mindset, self concept, etc.?
I've been having a lot of stuff coming up onto my way, negative stuff, I've been having a lot of self destructive thoughts and it seem can't be controlled, also addictions. I'm not gonna lie even horrible mental images with horrible feelings, and I just want to revise that, because it's affecting my present. I just want to forgive or change, I don't know. I just want to shift this. I'm tired, i even consider broke my neck with a lasso.
