Are Democrats ready to win in 2028?

I've been wondering a lot about the state of the Democratic party. There has been a MASSIVE cultural shift over the last 5 years (since COVID) that has leaned in favor of conservatism. Liberal politicians and their agendas are more and more being seen as irrational, inefficient, and immoral.

What would need to change for you to honestly see Democrats winning the presidency in 2028? Who do you think serious candidates could be?
