How to play well with unlocked camera?

So I am still quite new. I play with locked camera because I somehow just can't get the hang of it. I play so much worse with unlocked that I stopped trying. It's mostly okay this way for me as a new player, but I heard that you really should play with unlocked cam. I feel like I kinda struggle to position well and sometimes get lost with the cam, as well as having a harder time overall. Also I feel like when I try to use it I "jank" the camera compared to how I often see it. Any tips would be appreciated. I saw in the settings that there is an option for semi-fixed. Is this worth a shot, or should I just try to learn full unlocked?
