Considering suing my wedding photographer.

I got married in January of this year, and my photographer was fully paid before the wedding. Part of that payment included a videographer, who filmed before, during, and after the wedding. I received my wedding photos in March, but I have not received the wedding video yet. I keep asking the photographer for updates, and he either doesn't respond or tells me he'll follow up with the videographer, and then he never gives me any more information. My husband and I are fed up with getting the runaround, and we're considering suing the photographer.

However, the contract I signed doesn't specifically include anything about the videographer or a wedding video. I have months of text messages about the video, but no legal contract. Do I still have grounds to sue for either the video or my money back? I am located in GA, USA, but I lived in MS when the contract was signed, and the photographer is based in MS.
