New Parks area

I ended up in the New Parks area nr Glenfield. What's going on there then? Was so depressing. Litter and tip stuff everywhere. Houses falling to bits. Shitty roads. I know there are poorer areas in any city but this just felt like everyone had given up, no pride. Its free to tidy.
