Feeling off

Lately I’ve been somewhat depressed, I haven’t heard from Loki in weeks, I’m in the process of healing from toxic relationship and I need help. I’m not sure if I can trust Loki anymore because of the lies my friend told me… I’m struggling to feel the connection I once had with Loki and am not sure if it’s because he left or I’m just spiritually tired.
