How many inches to cut?

Hi! This is my freshly washed hair with no oils. I’m getting my hair cut tomorrow (last trim was in February 2023 and I’ve been doing S&D ever since). My hair is still growing but it’s obviously dry and thinning out at the ends.

How many inches do you think I’ll need to have cut? I get intimidated in salons and usually just let them do what they think is needed. TIA!
