Loperamide Guide

Loperamide is an OTC opioid medication with a similar structure to methadone, diphenoxylate, and fentanyl. It feels similar to fentanyl but weaker, its stronger than codeine but slightly weaker than morphine or roughly equal in terms of potency.

It doesn’t cross into the brain properly due to metabolism and other factors, which can be bypassed by snorting, vaping (after extraction), or using inhibitors.

Intranasal use is the most efficient and proper way to use loperamide, but the filler in many of the brands will burn asf, only a few certain brands will actually be decently snortable without a burn. However if you extract, the brand doesn’t matter, just go with cheapest for bulk as long as it only contains loperamide hcl.

Intranasal dosage..:

Threshold: 4-8mg

Light: 8-15mg

Medium: 15-25mg

Strong: 30-50mg

Overdose & noticeably toxic range (risk of heart damage and sudden death): 50mg+

Oral dosage w/ no inhibitors..:

Threshold: 10mg

Light: 20mg

Medium: 25-30mg

Strong: 40-50mg

Overdose & noticeably toxic range (risk of heart damage and sudden death): 50mg+

Oral dosage w/ inhibition..:

Same as intranasal dosage roughly.

It’s best not to expect too much from loperamide, as it can be subtle or strong randomly.

Body/physical high: Opioid body warmth, relaxation, breathing becomes euphoric, respiratory depression, feeling soft/fuzzy, feeling light/weightless or oppositely heavy like your being pulled down, lightheadedness/dizziness (mild), sedation (the nod, extent depends on dosage and roa), histamine release (itchiness).

It has a very fent-like rush but much weaker, especially noticeable when vaped or snorted.

Mental and visual effects: Everything feels and looks nostalgic and extremely dreamy, like a lyrica version of fent, but also very hydrocodone-like.

Even your imagination feels dreamy asf, things will get darker and your vision becomes more focused (much like dxm and/or morph in that regard) and things feel more alien and weird yet almost magical, especially at night.

You feel more relaxed and happy, depression and stress is usually taken away.

Remember to use with caution as loper is known to be less safe than other opioids. I mostly use it for wd or when I’m desperate.

It should be importantly noted that the high can last more than 2-3 days occasionally, and it builds up in the system / body quite easily due to its long duration.

It’s certainly recreational and abuseable and has the potential despite how dangerous and toxic it is. I find it very addictive with a strong urge to redose and continue abusing whenever I take it, has wd very similar to fentanyl but less intense.
