Healthy "comfort" breakfast ideas

I work retail and recently we have lost 2 managers so I'll be taking on the on the role of one of the managers who was in charge of stocking. I'll work 2 trucks a week, plus filling stuff throughout the week. I'll do a good amount of walking (10k-20k steps in most shifts) and a moderate amount of heavy lifting, im not sure if the types activity matter. It's a pet store, so that probably gives you guys an idea of the things/ weights.

I'm 39/F and about 300lbs (I did sorta start working on weight loss, but stress is a big thing right now) so I could be a little less then that but I don't think that makes a difference. Recently someone in my house was diagnosed with type 2, and im pretty sure another has it also, there is also some fatty liver issues with another, so we have definitely been going more with less carbs, not exactly keto but in general less sugar/sugar free, less salt, higher protein. I'm not looking to ONLY eat this way, but that's what I do at home mostly, but we do have all the normal stuff at home too.

I'm looking for different breakfast ideas I can make and take to work or make at work. Because I'm super stressed I have been craving more comfort type foods. I have a microwave at work and a toaster. But I would like ideas for grab and go things too that wouldn't be too bad. I thought about taking smoothies (yogurt, fruit, spinach, a tad of a sugar free juice) but id need to make it the night before. I was also wondering about overnight oats, but those are cold. I don't eat before work besides maybe a banana or a cheese stick.

Also if anyone has any good suggestions for a not to expensive decent sports bra and some lightweight athletic type pants that don't look like athletic type for fat people.

Thanks!
