third party mice speed keeps changing?

Hi all, I am currently on a macbook air M3 chip and i have two mouses i use, one for work and one for casual gaming, logitech MX Master 3 and Razer Naga v2. (i think thats the mouse name for razer).

For some reason, when i first turn both the mice on the mouse speed is what i usually set it to, then after a couple minutes it immediately slows down and im dragging.

This happens on both mice and Im wondering if this is an issue with Sequoia 15.3?

ive tried:

• rebooting
• forgetting the mice
• cleaning both mice for dust

Is there something Im missing?
