Mac mini opens app slowly

HI,

I have the core i5 mac mini of 2018 with an ssd. Apps are opening very slowly, for example 10 seconds for chrome or other browsers to be opened (except safari).

Is that a normal behavior ? Windows opens chrome within 2 seconds with an ssd...

This waiting adds up when opening a couple of apps..

The apps do open instantly after they were opened the first time beforehand (clicking "finish" to close them, and then reopen them)

Any thoughts ? Why is it worst then windows performance on this matter ?
