Choosing Background for Karlach

Hello,
I am working on building a [[Karlach, Fury of Avernus]] Commander Deck.
Right now i'm stuck deciding which background to choose.
So far my best variants were:

• [[Raised by Giants]]
• [[Hardy Outlander]]
• [[Cultist of the Absolute]] with [[Obosh, the Preypiercer]] as a companion

Does anyone have experience with any of these?
