'Reformasi' chants echo as Constitutional Amendment Bill passes

The Dewan Rakyat has passed the Constitutional Amendment Bill 2025, paving the way for the reinstatement and enforcement of the Parliamentary Services Act. Speaker Johari Abdul announced the approval following a bloc vote. The bill was passed with a two-thirds majority, with 148 MPs voting in favor, 57 abstaining, and 17 absent.
