Looking for a manga??

I am going to be literally no help at all but I am trying to find a manga I read when I was in middle school so around the 2000s and all I can remember is that the cover was a dark red and the main character was a small blonde girl that wore a panda dress/outfit with a hat?? I think she had some floating sidekick that was also panda like?? Super long shot I know but if anyone had any ideas please 😭
