Cadet in the Philippines

Hello everyone, I see here that most of you guys are from another country. I just recently graduated marine transportation this june 2023, I've been searching online for companies based in my country Philippines for an international deck cadet position, the problem is, there's too many cadets and too little opportunities, I'm asking for advice on where can I find deck cadet hiring companies, anyone from the Philippines here?
