Which job offer should I accept ?

After 8-months of unemployment, I got two job offers.

• The first offer is for a role as a Community Manager in a large local company. The company, while well-established, lacks a dynamic marketing department, featuring only a Senior Brand Manager and an infographist. The work environment requires flexibility, expecting me to work from Monday to Saturday mornings and the possibility of working remotely after the shift. During the interview process, the HR communication seemed somewhat strict, but the HR assistant provided support and was amicable. The position comes with a permanent contract.
• On the other hand, the second offer is for a Content Writer position in an international company that recently opened its office in my city (they don't use the same name of the company) Unfortunately, there is limited information available about the company as they did not disclose much during the interview process. The salary offered is 24% lower than the first company. The company seems to be technology-oriented (use of AI ) , with various roles in marketing, web design. They expect work strictly during regular working hours and appear to be pleasant to work with.this position also comes with a permanent contract.

Considering the above, the decision is not straightforward. The first option offers stability and a challenging environment. The second option, while in a dynamic international company, presents uncertainties regarding the future, a lower salary.
