What stops yall from swapping

To all my Insta Lock DPS players, Tanks who get hard countered, & Supports who ignore the teammate. What is preventing yall from swapping to a better, more useful character? Is it lack of experience? One tricks? Ignorance? Spite?? Please give me answers down below
