Some nuance from Endgame I only thought about 5 years later

Tony gives his dad the “pearl” or advice that Howard later gives to Tony, creating a paradox.

When Tony runs into Howard at the Shield compound in the past, Tony quotes Howard saying “No amount of money ever bought a second of time”. Howard responds with “smart guy”, sort of indicating that he had never heard it before.

I think this creates a loop, where Howard first heard the adage from some random guy he met at work and then passes down to Tony. Tony then imparts the wisdom to his dad. Neither event came first, but both did.

Am I on to something? If this is true it’s super clever writing on Marvel’s part.
