Genuine question here

I don’t know if i just joined master duel at the wrong time, but, is it genuinely fun for people to straight up just shut down whatever their opponent does with constant negates?

Like i’d understand if there was one or two cards but good lord, almost every card has a negate effect. Don’t even get me started on the decks that are being promoted right now.
