Back to Master Duel

Hi Guys, I decided to come back to Master Duel, but I seem to have forgotten what i need to get first :D. I want to build a Yubel Deck (love the cards), but I dont think that is very possible now. I dont have all my old cards and had to start all over again. What cards should i go first like maxx c and blossom and whats the best way to get them (Crafting or buying from pack). Also which pack should i buy first so that i have crafting materials. What is the best deck to do as of this time because of packs or promotions. Sorry for the bothering you all.
