CAQ Renewal Question

Hi all, I'm renewing my CAQ for the upcoming semester, and I was hoping that folks who have done it before could help me out.

Do I need to have all $25,000 in my bank account to reapply? I have an active Canadian bank account and I keep a good amount of money in it, but not nearly that much.

How do I get an official letter from the registrar explaining that I'm a full-time student? Do I request that through Minerva?
