Here is the fantastically delicious first batch all bottled. Second picture is the start of second gallon! Addicted for now.

The green bottle is for the weekend so don’t worry about the headspace. It will be gone soon. The other two will be popped open much later. Perhaps at the 3 and 6 month mark.

For my second batch I followed the same recipe for my first, only I added 2oz dried rose petals. Hoping it will be ready for Valentine’s Day weekend. Check post history for recipe! SG of second gallon was 1.122
