Should i do hgh at 17 if im 5'2?

Title but ive never gotten a prescription or gone to a doctor about this before and i dont live in the us i live in a 3rd world country where i can't go to a doctor due to my current circumstances which only leaves me 1 option. to start taking hgh. ive heard you can do it once every 2 weeks but i don't know how it works. whats the worst that could happen? Is it worth? Should i do it?
