why are my fingers turning yellow???

i don't smoke, don't eat tumeric, only have taken sertraline which i stopped talking two weeks ago. (btw my fingernails are blue because i was dying hair) i have washed my hands and it wont come off. i did recently eat spoiled bologna and i have a ton of healing piercings that might be infected but idk if it has anything to do with this.
