Throwing an idea out there - keto, epilepsy and migraine

Now this is me going on a completely random tangent, probably all rubbish, but interested as to people's thoughts on this. I have both migraines and epilepsy. The migraines started long before I ever had my first seizure (I started getting headaches and migraines at 11, had my first seizure at 24). We know epilepsy and migraines are linked, as well as the fact that epilepsy can be controlled by keto. That is an acknowledged fact, you can go to specialist hospitals, even here in the UK under the NHS and be on supervised keto diets. Now, as for my point, my migraines have been worse recently. How many have you have found the keto diet has helped? I'm curious if the mechanism in the brain is similar, as I've read in here that some of you have found success. I know this is not medical advice, just curious as to the migraine side of things.
