Overwhelmed with trying to feed myself and family (including baby)

How does anyone actually get it done?

Between heavy metals, nitrates, microplastics, PFAs, glyphosate, pesticides, cancer risk foods, and then nutrition facts (especially calories) and cost to boot, I feel like there is nothing I feel confident about serving my family. Not to mention adding in a very long commute and early bedtime for my almost 8 month old - making homemade whole food filled meals difficult.

I haven’t lost any weight post pregnancy and really need to in order to try again for our next baby in the future so we’ve been starting to be extra mindful in this area as well.

What do you prioritize?
