Newb recommendations with 10k budget?

Hello all, I'm a sound designer with zero modular equipment, only VCV rack.

I have a budget of 10k (long story but if I don't spend it all I lose it). What would you recommend as a basic setup for live sampling, mangling and turning into beats and ambient soundscapes?

So far I'm thinking: Samplers: Morphagene or Tasty Chips. Some kind of resonator to create musical notes out of samples. Some kind of Blackhole long delay or reverb unit. Sequencer etc.
