What small sustainable changes have you made to your diet so far?

Other than the obvious of not snacking on chocolate, crisps, sweets etc and smaller portions, what little changes do you think you'll be able to keep when you're in maintenance/potentially off of MJ?

• Instead of using whole milk in my coffee, I've been using Arla BOB skimmed (tastes like semi skimmed) milk and honestly, coffee actually tastes better with this IMO.

• I've switched using white bread to using a multigrain brown bread

Wondering if theres any other changes that I might be able to try that I haven't thought of yet!
