Neopets 2004 Site Mirror/Local Neopets Website?

I really miss the 2004 Neopets website and layout, and wish I could download a local copy that can allow me to continue playing on my local machine and not have to worry about losing the site. Is there any open source rebuilds of the classic neopets website that allow local download? I know Internet Archive had a few of the Flash games and I've been trying to track down some of the old comics/animations/storylines too.
