Pbtech Return

Hi, this post is about a projector I bought around 3 months ago. It is having issues such as stuttering and being very slow. I would like to know if you have had any experiences with the returns of a product over the 7 days window at pbtech. I would also like to know what consumer rights I have concerning exchanging the projector for another new brand of projector not a refurbished one.
