Why is Neon such a shit streaming service?

We chop and change between all the big streaming services and Neon is the only one where is consistently cuts out, buffers or just crashes. We can't even get through 10 minutes let alone an episode. None of the other ones ever give us a problem. We have the fastest fibre broadband plan from Mercury.
