This isnt necessarily specific to the Bradberry hold. Every play is unique.
The mentality of "let them play, it's late in a close game" is illogical to me. It doesn't matter how "small". A penalty is a penalty because it gives someone an unfair advantage. It changes the outcome of the play.
The onus should be on the players to not commit fouls in those positions, not on the refs to turn a blind eye. You set a terrible precedent where players know that they can steal an advantage by leveraging the refs fear of judgment. It's bullshit. A penalty is a penalty
Probably in the minority here, but even if it was a weak call, I wouldn't put it in that upper echelon of terrible ref moments.
