Can’t run PCVR.

I just got a meta quest 3 and I’ve tried using steam link to run Phasmophobia in VR on my quest 3 wirelessly. I have a GTX 1650 and it’s horrible, bad image quality lots of delay, and it’s just fustrating. I’m guessing it’s obviously because I have a GTX 1650, I’m planning on upgrading to a new pc soon with a 4070 super, will that run better, or is it my wifi? I have a google nest wifi pro mesh system with 300mbps speeds. I’m so confused what do I do?
