How much per photo edit

Hello! I’ve been looking for a photo editor but I’ve only talked to one. They are saying $20 per photo. What’s a normal amount to pay per photo edited? Since I’ve never paid for it I’m not sure what’s a good price being given to me and what’s overpriced?
