HRV calculation impacting the readiness way too much
If I have a few drinks, my HRV goes down to 12-35. Normally I'm around 120. So if I drink once(not even a crazy amount), my readiness will be low for almost 2 weeks and the resillience will tank even though I'm completely normal.
The annoying part is that if I skip the ring when drinking, my resilience and readiness will be strong and reflect reality.
So the question is, should I just remove it when having a few drinks or does it really take 2 weeks to get back from a night of 6-8 beers?
