Filling decorative carvings in bathroom tile before painting

Planning to refresh our bathroom by painting tiles using Insl-X Stix primer and Benjamin Moore Aura Bath & Spa. I’d really like to “disappear” these dated decorative carvings in the tile. Is there any product that would be best for leveling the grooves and then painting to achieve a flat tile look?

Thank you!
