What helps with your nausea when anti nausea meds aren’t helping

Just a question because my anti nausea meds don’t seem to be as effective or working as good as I’d like right now. What helps you control your nausea? I’m constantly nauseous with pain to the point I can’t even have a sheet on my stomach and would love some relief. Currently taking ondasterone for nausea and have chronic pancreatitis. Any tips?
