Flexible schedule and caretaking

Hi! I just got my certificate to be a paralegal, and am looking for a job in a law firm. I have an interview this week but I’m nervous about the schedule. On Tuesday and Thursday I take my mom to dialysis and she doesn’t get off till 9. I would then have to travel to this job which is 20 minutes away. I know it’s up to the attorney but is that permissible to say in an interview that (on those days) I can’t come in until 10:00? Thank you! (This is my first post)

🎉UPDATE!!! The attorney was awesome and okay with me coming in later on those days. I got the call today that I got the job!!!! Thank you so much for your help with my question 😊
