Dyshidrotic eczema during Pregnancy?

Has anyone developed Dyshidrotic eczema during pregnancy? I’ve never had this before and around week 19 I noticed a small area on my hand with small water filled blisters. Going on to week 22 and I t seems to be getting worse and more frequent. The flare ups are worst at night and SO itchy. I feel like ripping my then skin on my hands.

I couldn’t get through my OB’s office today. Really need some advice on how to calm this down.
