Di/Di - Csection or Natural?

Hi all,

Currently 36+4 with Di/Di BG twins. Up until a month ago, Baby B was transverse but now both babies are head down. However, up until she switched positions I was mentally preparing for a scheduled c-section. I made my peace with it and even though it is a major surgery, I was honestly looking forward to it!

At my last appointment, my OB (who is lovely and supportive) told me she wants me to at least consider an induction since they are both head down. This through my into a tizzy, especially this late in the game! I've done a lot of reading/research/etc. and am still leaning towards a scheduled csection. My SIL has one of those traumatic stories where she went in for a vaginal delivery and ended up delivering both ways when her baby B flipped after she delivered baby A. I have also read a lot of posts from other mama's who were induced but then ended up needing an emergency csection in the end.

I have my next appointment next Monday at 37 weeks in which we will be scheduling an induction or csection, and while I am 95% leaning towards the csection I would still love to hear others experiences. Especially those who still chose to do a csection with both babies head down.
