Monitor desk lamps damage monitor?

Hey! I have a Specter Pro 24GX 144hz 24" Monitor and a Baseus Monitor Lamp. I got a few questions.

• Are the white dents in my monitor normal?
• Is it safe to use the monitor lamps on my monitor? My lamp clamps instead of putting it to stand.
• If it does damage the monitor, any lifehacks I can try to prevent my monitor from being damaged?
