Best workouts for those with sacroiliac (SI) joint pain?

Does anyone have any suggestions of Peloton workouts that are good for people with chronic SI joint pain? Looking for aerobic and strength.

Last week I REALLY irritated it and have been unable to exercise (other than walking) since. During that week, I did two 45 min rides, one 30 min ride, one 45 min yoga, two 20 min arms & shoulders, and 10 min full body stretches after each workout.

Current equipment- bike, light to medium weights, yoga mat, blocks, and strap
