Houston Phlebotomy

Hi I am trying to switch from CNA bc one the job is taxing and two it is discouraging me from finishing nursing school. I am going to try phlebotomy but I see a lot of people saying it’s hard to find a job. I am currently in Houston, is it really that hard and should I stick with CNA until I finish school? Thanks :)
